This course for LMTs presents the basic principles of Myofascial Unwinding. This gentle modality has profound effects on clients experience of their body and wellbeing, often resolving long standing issues with just one session. Students will explore joint unwinding, unwinding of superficial fascia, and will leave the course with the confidence to explore the concepts on their own.
